Description

Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust wishes to appoint a Contractor to Design and Build (D&B) the fit out of the first floor of an office and staff support spaces situated at Bedford Hospital. The proposed scheme will provide 10 desks/individual working spaces across the first floor, including WCs and shower facilities, male and female changing rooms, staff rest room with kitchenette and meeting spaces/seminar room to provide an open plan office environment. AD Architects and Troup Bywaters + Anders have been appointed by the Trust to provide the Architectural, and MEP designs, respectively. This includes design concept, drawings, and outline specification. This information is included in Appendix B of the Employer's Requirements. The Trust has appointed Scott White and Hookins as Health & Safety Consultant. AECOM has been appointed by the Trust to provide Cost Consultancy services for the project. In addition, the Trust requirements for Contractors working on site are included separately in Appendix F of the Employer's Requirements.
