Other Information

** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** For the purposes of the Procurement, NHS North West London Clinical Commissioning Group will act as the Contracting Authority for the purpose of managing the Contract. The Contracting Authority is a member of the North West London Integrated Care System. The Health and Care Bill, currently going through Parliament, sets out plans to put Integrated Care Systems (ICS) on a statutory footing, meaning that each ICS would be led by an NHS Integrated Care Board (ICB), an organisation with responsibility for NHS functions and budgets, replacing the local CCG. Subject to the views of Parliament, it is expected that these measures will come in to effect in July 2022. Subject to changes in legislation, the Contract may be awarded by the ICB as the successor entity to the Contracting Authority, or should the legislation not be enacted by the time of contract award, the Contract may be awarded by the Contracting Authority and in future be novated to the successor entity.
