The Service is required to meet the needs and wishes of Milton Keynes residents assessed as eligible for these services and who require a range of support to maintain their independence in the community. The support commissioned will be based on assessed need and will potentially be different for each individual. The Council wishes to work with Providers who can demonstrate and deliver a progressive model of Supported Living which achieves and maintains value for money, and which can meet the outcomes and support needs of our service users and promote independence. All Supported Living Services will be procured via an Open Framework. Providers must be enrolled onto the framework in order to receive any referrals and deliver Supported Living packages to clients with assessed needs. The framework will be opened to new providers yearly, on the anniversary of the date of the start of the contract.
