Description
A framework agreement covering the period from April 2022 to March 2026 for carrying out minor civil engineering works, primarily on behalf of Devon County Council but also on behalf of its Partner Organisations. Each Work Order issued through the framework will have an estimated value of between 0 GBP and approximately 1 500 000 GBP. The type of works that are expected to be commissioned will be varied but will primarily involve improving, developing and maintaining the following DCC assets: highways, highway structures, foot/cycleways, waste management sites and flood risk management measures. The framework agreement will be based upon the NEC4 Framework Contract with individual Work Orders based upon the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract. The number of schemes that will be issued through the framework is currently unknown. Spend for the total framework is identified below, with historic spend data contained within the supplementary information found in Volume 8 of the procurement documents.
