Description
This contract is for the provision of an out of hour's telephone call management service to handle all GreenSquareAccord's out of hour's customer calls. Whilst we expect these to primarily be emergency repair related they will not be restricted to this . Other calls you will likely receive and be expected to handle may include different types of emergencies as well as reports of antisocial behaviour and those requiring sign posting to other agencies for example. The out of hours call handling service should be available between 7.00pm and 8.00am on weekdays and 24 hours at weekends and on Bank Holidays. All calls will be handled in accordance with our out of hours procedures.
