Description

LCC Highways Service is inviting tenders for the provision of Cold Recycled Bound Materials mixed ex situ. The Framework is split into 3 Lots: Lot 1 - Planing materials mixed with cement Lot 2 - Planing materials mixed with foamed bitumen Lot 3 - Planing materials mixed with bitumen emulsion The materials are required across Lancashire. Tenderers are able to price for as many Lots as they wish, but they must be able to supply and price for ALL material types in their chosen Lot submission(s). A single supplier will be appointed to each Lot and suppliers will be awarded a maximum of 1 Lot. Description as per section II.1.4. of this notice and the tender documents.

Renewal Options

The initial duration of the Framework shall be 24 months unless it is terminated in accordance with the provisions set out in the Framework Agreement. The Authority may extend the Framework Agreement by a further period or periods up to a maximum of 24 months in addition to the initial term.
