Description

UKUPC is at the early stages of looking to establish a national Professional Services in Construction Framework consisting of three main service provision Lots: 1: Lead Advisor / Multi Disciplinary provider (national) 2: Project Management (split regionally) 3:Quantity Surveying / Cost Consultancy (split regionally) The framework will be governed by NEC 4 PSC, NEC4 PSSC andJCT terms and conditions. It will run for an initial two (2) years with a possible extension of up to 24 months. We are interested in engaging early with suppliers who may wish to work with the Higher Education sector and understand the drivers for value for money for the associated membership base of UKUPC.

1 Lead Advisor / Multi Disciplinary provider – National

The Authority is seeking the provision of Lead Advisor and multi-discipline services related to Professional Services in Construction to support Universities, Colleges and other institutions that are members of the UKUPC Purchasing Consortia in a wide and varied range of major and minor building and civil engineering projects, including large and small scale refurbishments at locations throughout the UK.

2 Project Management – Regional

The authority is seeking the provision of Project Management Services related to professional services in Construction to support Universities, Colleges and other institutions that are members of the UKUPC Purchasing Consortia in a wide and varied range of major and minor building and civil engineering projects, including large and small scale refurbishments at locations throughout the UK. This provision will be split in to regional lots as yet to be defined.

3 Quantity Surveying Services - Regional

The authority is seeking the provision of Quantity Surveying Services related to professional services in Construction to support Universities, Colleges and other institutions that are members of the UKUPC Purchasing Consortia in a wide and varied range of major and minor building and civil engineering projects, including large and small scale refurbishments at locations throughout the UK. This provision will be split in to regional lots as yet to be defined.
