Description

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) as the Authority on behalf of NHS Workforce Alliance intends to put in place an Agreement for the provision of flexible staffing solutions via Managed Staff Banks, to be utilised by the NHS, other wider public sector departments and Central Government Departments. The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide the NHS and other public sector customers with access to an open, fair and compliant route for flexible staffing solutions and managed staff bank services. The duration of the agreement is 4 years. The lot structure of this framework will be determined as a result of the market engagement. Further information is included in the Additional Information section VI.3

Total Quantity or Scope

The supplier will provide a managed staff bank which may include the employment of the bank workers. A staff bank refers to a pool of workers who provide flexible cover and support for planned and unplanned gaps in staffing.

Crown Commercial Service (CCS), on behalf of NHS Workforce Alliance, intends to hold market engagement sessions during April and May with industry stakeholders and suppliers interested in potentially bidding for the resulting framework contract.
