The London Borough of Lambeth (the "Council") wishes to appoint a contractor to carry out the restoration of Brockwell Hall in Brockwell Park, Herne Hill London SE24. The restoration works to Brockwell Hall will provide a much-needed refurbishment of the building and include provision for public use and community activities and events.
