Description

The London Boroughs of Croydon, Merton, Richmond upon Thames, Sutton, Wandsworth, and Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames are working together as the South West London Sexual Health Consortium (SWLSHC) with a view to improving access to sexual health and HIV prevention and support services for high risk groups sector-wide. The service will provide a community-based support offer that is reactive to service user needs, supporting them to improve and maintain their sexual and relationship health through appropriate methods which will vary by population group. This will include outreach and support in community settings as well as making best use of digital technology. The service will complement existing clinical HIV, sexual and reproductive health services in each borough by ensuring robust referral pathways are in place and making best use of partnership opportunities.

Total Quantity or Scope

The London Borough of Wandsworth on behalf of itself and the London boroughs of Merton, Richmond upon Thames, Sutton, and the Royal Borough of Kingston is inviting tenders from suitably experienced and qualified Providers for the provision of a South West London (SWL) Sexual Health and HIV Prevention Service for High Risk Groups. The Contract will be for a period of three (3) years and six (6) months. The Authority may at its discretion extend the Contract by a further period of 2 years.

The London Borough of Croydon as a named participating Authority reserves the right to join the contract, if successfully awarded, at a future date. The estimated value at II.2.6 is over the lifetime of the Contract which includes the extension option. The contract duration at II.2.7 includes the extension option. Refer to ITT for further details on contract variations. The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
