Media Suite needs to have a maintenance agreement in place to safeguard all the technologies involved in providing operational capability. These include the maintenance of Audio-Visual equipment in the Media Suite and Video Editing Suite except for Network devices and Custom-Built PC's and their associated software (maintained by DDC IT).
