Description

The University's air conditioning, refrigeration and dehumidification equipment is maintained and serviced through a contract under the auspices of the Property Management Division, Estates and Campus Services. This tender is for the continued provision of this service. The appointed contractor will be required to provide a maintenance and repair service to all air conditioning systems, refrigeration equipment, dehumidifiers and AHU’s listed in the Equipment Schedule, including all associated control panels, switchgear, actuators, control valves and cabling. The appointed contractor must hold a current CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION UNDER THE CONTROL OF POLLUTION (Amendment) ACT 1989 as issued by the Scottish Environmental Protection Agency. A copy of the registration certificate is to be made available before contract work begins.
