Category 1 - 'Flatbed' wagons - This enables the Contracting Authority to lease all kinds of wagons like the following non exhaustive list: S70, IKA, IDA, etc.... Category 2 - Box Style Wagons - this will enable the Contracting Authority to lease all kinds of wagons like the following non-exhaustive list: JNAt, JNA, etc....
