Description

The works will comprise of the following in isolation to individual properties, or multiple items to individual properties: • The surveying of existing doors, windows or glazing to establish size, type and situation in preparation for possible ordering and replacement. • The renewal or replacement of external doors and frames to specification, including associated works. • The renewal or replacement of windows to specification including associated works. • The renewal or replacement of glazing. • Gas testing where open flue appliances within properties have been affected by the replacement or modification of windows and doors. • To utilise and manage safe temporary working platforms where required

Total Quantity or Scope

Leeds Building Services are the internal service provider (ISP) of Leeds City Council. LBS maintains approximately 31500 housing stock on behalf of Leeds City Council and all non-housing properties within the Leeds City Council asset portfolio. LBS are responsible for the delivery and management of this contract.
