Your response should be submitted on the form provided in Appendix 1 of the attached document 'FLS Concessions RFI (2)'. It should be submitted to procurement@forestryandland.gov.scot for the attention of Rachael Allan by 17:00, 23 May 2022. This contract may be divided into lots; this has not yet been decided. It is hoped that responses to this RFI will allow FLS to refine its requirements, based on what the market indicates it can deliver. Please note, this RFI is for information gathering purposes only and is not a call for competition. A response to this RFI shall not constitute any form of contract with FLS. Responses will be held securely but may be subject to freedom of information requests. If you consider that any of the information included in your response is commercially confidential please identify it and explain (in broad terms) what harm might result from disclosure and/or publication.
