Description

Scottish Enterprise (SE) is looking to appoint a single supplier to deliver activity under the Rail Cluster Builder (CB) - Phase Two project. Phase Two will provide an opportunity to build on the successes of the existing Rail CB. It is anticipated that the CB will see an increase in connections being made within the supply chain and deeper engagement with companies to fill information gaps. The activities delivered through the CB will support companies in overcoming information and access barriers, provide personalised signposting and enable collaboration between businesses looking to explore project opportunities. It is envisaged that the contract will commence on the 4th of July 2022 for a period of 3-years.

Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. This may be requested at the selection stage or prior to the subcontractor commencing work on the contract.
