Description

CBT wishes to recruit an independent, dynamic and creative learning partner who is experienced in developmental evaluation and can understand the developing aims of this new funding programme. We are open to proposals from individuals, organisations or collaborations who best meet the requirements of the brief. Working with us for around two years we would like a learning partner to bring both learning to this initiative and generate learning about it. We wish the learning to be co-created with CBT and the CSOs, and for it to be formative - generating ongoing insights on the Anchor Programme and funder/fundee relationships, enabling those involved to refine their work based on evidence of what is working. We also hope that wider lessons will be of interest to other organisations.
