1.2.2 OHCAT wishes to engage a contractor to undertake a wholesale replacement of the heating system in the Main House at Grafham Grange School, Bramley, Guildford, Surrey GU5 0LH

Total Quantity or Scope

The works consist of a full strip out of the existing heating distribution system and the installation of a new system, including new radiator and pipework installation and plantroom modifications. The works are to cover the main building.
