Description

Northumberland County Council is seeking to commission a “person-centred care information system” to support a range of activities including the Council’s statutory adult social care functions and related functions of local NHS organisations. A core element of the requirement is support for the statutory assessment, care and support planning and commissioning functions of the Council as a social services Authority. Further details of the Contracting Authority’s requirements under the Contract and other relevant information are detailed in the Specification at Schedule 2.

Total Quantity or Scope

This is undertaken as an Open Procurement under the Light Touch Regime of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The contract will be 5 years, anticipated to start on 1st April 2023, with a further 5 years optional extension.

Renewal Options

The contract will be renewed upon expiry.
