Description

Northumberland County Council is seeking to commission a "person-centred care information system" to support a range of activities including the Council's statutory adult social care functions and related functions of local NHS organisations. A core element of the requirement is support for the statutory assessment, care and support planning and commissioning functions of the Council as a social services Authority. Further details of the Contracting Authority's requirements under the Contract and other relevant information are detailed in the Specification at Schedule 2.
