This includes windows, fire doors, fire alarm system, new kitchen, new bathrooms, and other needs as specified in the tender pack. The HMO has its own off-street parking that can accommodate 2x cars and has easy access for deliveries although it is in a densely populated residential part of Hayes so hours of work are limited to national standards. Particularly noisy work limited to 8am-5pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 12noon on Saturday (and no noisy work outside these hours). Sunday is a non-workday. Additional Car parking is available about 1 mile away at the Pump Lane car parking facility in Hayes Town Centre - postcode UB3 3NB if required.
