Managed Service elements: - Business Premium Care maintenance on IP Connect UK circuits and associated Routers; - Standard Incident Management; - Configuration Management: Archive & Restore of Router configurations; - Project Managed Install, including face-to-face Project Manager.

WAN solution including the provision of new IP Connect UK access circuits at Paisley and Lanarkshire, each of which will terminate on a new router. Includes F2F Project Management, plus installation/provision (i.e. engineers will attend site to fit, configure, test and commission the routers).

Legal Justification

UWS has an existing SIP trunk provided by BT. This contract involves the expansion of the existing SIP trunk by including the other campus phone numbers from Paisley and Ayr and adding a diverse route. If UWS were to change from BT to another supplier new lines would require to be installed followed by having to port both the SIP and the ISDN numbers from BT to another supplier.
