Description

The Met Office is looking for a supplier to supply a radiosondes, manual and automated launchers, and associated services for an initial period of 5 years with the option to extend up to a maximum of a further 5 years (10 years total). The core contract value is estimated at £8.5M, but could potentially increase up to £16M if the network is increased due to other initiatives not being pursued during to contract period.

Renewal Options

Likely to be some or all elements of current scope, to be confirmed nearer the date. Optional extension of duration from 5 years by up to a further 5 years.
