The estimated contract value detailed in II.1.5 reflects an estimated annual value split between repairs and voids of circa 2.1M GBP and 1.5M GBP respectively over a 3+1+1 contract period. Red Kite Community Housing are keen to engage with the market and therefore will be hosting a Soft Market Test Event on Tuesday 7th June 2022 between the hours of 1-4pm. The event location will be confirmed in due course to all attendee's.
