The National Library of Wales with 2buy2 Limited is seeking to invite tenders from market suppliers and providers of a cloud based Human Resources Systems. 2buy2 Limited are a Procurement Agent acting on behalf of the National Library of Wales who are the contracting authority in accordance with Public Contract Regulations 2015. The self-service function of the system will need to be in both English and Welsh.

Renewal Options

We are looking for a 5 year contract with a possibly of an extension for a further 3 years at annual intervals.
