Description

1. The City of London Corporation's Housing Service manages 2,900 homes across twelve estates in London, located in the Square Mile and six surrounding Boroughs. 2. A restructure of the Housing Division has recently been completed and we would now like to take forward a review consisting of two distinct (but overlapping) elements: i. arrangements for customer service provision across the Housing and Repairs teams ("the customer service element") ii. the existing Repairs and Maintenance team REQUIREMENTS 10. We are seeking a provider to deliver the two elements of work simultaneously and to note the following requirements: - Production of interim or progress reports at agreed intervals during the project - Delivery of a final report or reports, summarising the work undertaken and the outcome(s), with clear findings and recommendations TIMESCALES 11. We would like to appoint a supplier with a view to starting the project in June or July 2022. Delivery timescales should be outlined in the proposal submitted by the supplier. COST 12. We would expect both elements to be delivered for a cost of no more than £50,000. This is on the assumption that the majority of the work will be conducted remotely.
