** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** The Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (Defra) is carrying out further market engagement in anticipation of an upcoming tender opportunity for a Management Lead role for our ICF R&D project, the Global Centre on Biodiversity for Climate (GCBC) – formerly the Global Centre of Excellence for NbS (GCoE). This builds on the last early market engagement event which took place in May 2021. Significant development has taken place following feedback from this event to increase both the scale and scope of the research. We plan to approach the market via an open competition over the Summer. Ahead of this, we wanted to provide you with an update on the GCBC and promote the opportunities available for prospective suppliers and interested stakeholders.
