This PIN is being issued in order to undertake a market consultation exercise with regards to the requirements detailed in Section 2.
Total Quantity or Scope
UKRI are seeking suppliers to design & deliver an evaluation of the success of Research England's Higher Education Innovation Fund (HEIF) programme (2008-2020). The evaluation will need to consider a wide set of drivers & contexts that influence institutional use of funding & performance. Outputs of the work include delivering: * A conclusion on the value for money of the programme to inform a next spending review. * A description of how HEIF generates impact & a set of findings that can inform programme design & management in the future, delivering increased impact with greater efficiency and effectiveness. * A model for evaluation of HEIF as a formula funding programme, including insights into latest evaluation approaches to inform RE capabilities. This 18 month contract will comprise three key phases: A design phase (3 months), A delivery phase (12 months), Development/finalisation of report & dissemination (3 months). Estimated total value: £500,000 Additional information: A supplier workshop will be held via webinar on 29/06/2022 at 2pm where suppliers will be able to gain a deeper understanding of the requirement.
