Description

The Procurement of Phacoemulsification machines, associated hand pieces, associated suction cassettes and a procedure pack with potential for supplementary items. The preference of the Health Board is to request that the Phacoemulsification machines and associated hand pieces are provided free on loan with no upfront cost for the duration of the contract period. The purchase of suction cassette packs and supplementary items would then fund the purchase of the Phacoemulsification machines and hand pieces.

The Tender will be evaluated based on the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) Only the top 2 scoring contractors using MEAT will be taken through to clinical trial. The Buyer is using PCS Tender to conduct this exercise. Community benefits are included in this requirement.
