Supply be Rental, contract for Terminally Sterile Cleanroom Clothing for pharmaceutical sterile production units x 8. … There are a number of aseptic facilities within NHSGG&C (National Health Service Greater Glasgow & Clyde) that prepare sterile injectable medicines. Due to the nature of this provision the Board is required to meet specific ISO/EU GMP standards to minimise microbiological and particulate contamination. There is a requirement for pharmacy operators to be suitably attired in accordance with the above regulations. The Board therefore requires the provision of sterile and non sterile cleanroom clothing compliant with as a minimum, EU Grade B,C and D as appropriate. All garments and associated equipment must be sterile where required as well as individually packaged and traceable.

NHSGG&C require a contractor to provide a high quality and reliable service for the supply by rental of terminally sterile cleanroom garments throughout NHSGG&C for two years with the option of 1 x 12 month extension. The tender will be evaluated based on the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT). The bidder with the highest score will be awarded the contract. The contract award will be scored on the bidders cost and quality with weights attributed as follows: Commercial 50% Technical 50%.
