Description

This contract is for Somewhere Safe to Stay (ssts) beds based within County Durham. Durham County Council requires a total of 9 (ssts) somewhere safe to stay beds based at various locations dispersed across County Durham which is to be provided by a number of Providers. Therefore, the Council intends to contract with successful Providers with individual supported accommodation projects who are able to provide at least 1 ssts bed and a maximum of 3 ssts beds for this provision. Each of the individual ssts bed spaces must be identified, named and held by the Provider solely for use for referrals to be made by DCC's rough sleeper team when needed. Each individual bed space must be available for the entire period of 1st July 2022 to 31st March 2024 on 24 hours/7 days a week basis for DCC's contract.
