Description

NI Water wish to appoint a maximum of four (4) Contractor/s for the supply and delivery of Laboratory Consumables, as detailed in the tender documentation. Economic Operators should review the documentation carefully, as this is a re-tender of C1138 which NI Water have not awarded, this re-tender has a different evaluation/award model.

Total Quantity or Scope

Additional information: NI Water have chosen to release this tender for less than the required 35 days for an Above-Threshold tender, permissable under Reg 45(5) as below. A previous tender for this requirement was published, however a decision was taken not to award.. Security of supply of laboratory consumables is critical to NI Water to enable us to continue to deliver safe drinking water and wastewater services to the public. For this reason a reduced timeframe is necessary.. . 45(5) Where a state of urgency duly substantiated by the utility renders impracticable the time limit laid down in paragraph (2), it may fix a time limit which shall be not less than 15 days from the date on which the contract notice is sent.

Renewal Options

This is a recurring requirement. This contract is for an initial period of 1 year with two optional extension options of 1 year each
