Other Information

It is the responsibility of Warwickshire County Council, to monitor and manage closed landfill sites and other waste management sites such as Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs), in accordance with site licences issued by the Environment Agency, lease or conveyance conditions. The Council seeks to procure the sampling and analysis of landfill gas, leachate, ground and surface waters at waste management sites within Warwickshire. The ITQ has been issued using the Council's E-tendering portal, and the whole procurement process will be managed using this system.
