Description

Scottish Enterprise (SE) has a requirement to tender for a UK Consumer Markets database. The database must be an ‘off-the-shelf’ solution, hosted remotely and accessible to end users (Scottish Enterprise staff) via a website. The database will form part of a portfolio of research databases which will be used by Scottish Enterprise staff to develop and deliver services and to support Scottish businesses via the Scottish Enterprise, Business Gateway, Highlands & Islands Enterprise, and South of Scotland Enterprise agency channels.

Any contract will be entered into with the nominated lead organisation and all members of the consortium, who will in these circumstances each be required to execute said contract together with all ancillary documentation, evidencing their joint and several liability in respect of the obligations and liabilities of the contract. The subcontractors must complete the relevant parts of the SPD (Scotland) (Sections A and B of Part II and Part III only) to selfdeclare whether there are grounds for their exclusion.
