UKRI-1668 The requirement is for a study to design and deliver an evaluation of the achievements of Research England’s (RE’s) Higher Education Innovation Funding (HEIF) programme focused on the period since the last full evaluation of HEIF (2008 to 2020).

Total Quantity or Scope

UKRI are seeking a supplier to design & deliver an evaluation of the success of Research England's Higher Education Innovation Fund (HEIF) programme (2008-2020). The evaluation will need to consider a wide set of drivers & contexts that influence institutional use of funding & performance. Additional information: Up to the top five suppliers that have scored highest based upon a combined score of quality (Questions 6.2 - 6.5 of the Selection and Award Questionnaire) and Price will be invited to interview.

Renewal Options

The contract may be extended by up to 3 months at the discretion of UKRI.
