Legal Justification
No reasonable alternative exists for this procurement as these magseed magnetic markers are the only compatible marker for the Sentimag System that is in place in BHSCT. To acquire supplies having different technical characteristics would result in incompatibility or disproportionate technical difficulties and would impact service delivery and continuity of patient care. The absence of competition is not a result of the artificial narrowing of the parameters of the procurement.
