Description

10. The British Embassy in Santo Domingo is seeking to procure a three (3) year contract, running from November 1st 2022 to 31st October 2025 with two (2) options to extend the contract for twelve (12) months – the first period from November 1st 2025 to 31st October 2026 and the second period from November 1st 2026 to 31ST October 2027, making the maximum contract length a total of (5) five years.

Total Quantity or Scope

The Embassy require 5 guards in total - two for morning shift, two for afternoon shift and one for evening shift. Services will run seven days a week. Suppliers are expected to plan for additional guards to ensure the working schedule does not exceed daily working hours for any guard involved in the contract.

Renewal Options

there will be two options for extensions included in the contract - one from 1st November 2025 to 31st October 2026 and a second option from 1st November 2026 to 31st October 2027
