Renewal Options

The contract will be awarded for a period of three years (3) years from the Services Commencement Date (the Initial Contract Term), with the option to extend the contract for up to 2 years. The maximum duration of the contract will therefore be Five (5) years from the Services Commencement Date. This will be subject to the performance of the supplier.

This is based on the maximum contract period of 60 months. No guarantee or commitment as to the initial and future value of any work arising from the contract can be given. The contract period is for an initial 3 year term with the options to extend for up to 2 years to a maximum contract period of 5 years subject to the performance of the successful supplier. Supplier visits to all academies are highly recommended. Site visits have been arranged for:Havant Academy @10.00 hours on the 19 July 2022. Portfield Primary Academy @ 10.00 hours on the 20 July 2022.
