Swansea University has a requirement for the supply of maintenance support services for the integrated Building Management System at Swansea University comprising of the Ecostruxure for Buildings Building Management System, Power Monitoring Expert and Buildings Analytics Service.

Total Quantity or Scope

The service level agreement shall include for the following elements: Hardware Maintenance Software Maintenance Building Performance Maintenance Remote Support Service (24 Hour) Callout Service (24 Hour) Buildings Advisor Service (Select Buildings)

Renewal Options

Option to extend for a further 2 years in yearly intervals
