Description
Undertake a programme of stock condition surveys, analyse and report findings on a cross tenure house condition survey that achieves a 50% sample of individual properties over the 5 year term of the appointment, plus 100% of common and external areas being surveyed every year.
Total Quantity or Scope
Procurement exercise is to appoint a suitably qualified surveying company that specialise in the delivery of Chartered Surveying services to undertake stock condition surveys and provide reports on Caledonia Housing Association Group Stock, all as set out in the tender document.
Renewal Options
Option to extend by 12 months following the end of the initial contract term if client deems appropriate to implement.
