There will be four lots on this Framework: • Lot 1: Supply of Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) to Commercial Fleet • Lot 2: Supply of White Diesel to Commercial Fleet • Lot 3: Supply of Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) to NWL Locations • Lot 4: Supply of White Diesel to NWL Locations NWL requires HVO to meet BS EN 15940 fuel specifications standards. For details on our net zero targets you can review: Emission Possible: The Race is on as Northumbrian Water joins the UN's Net Zero push and publishes 2027 plan (nwg.co.uk) There is no guaranteed spend with each vendor. NWL also cannot guarantee volumes for each lot and are based on historic data. Tenderers may apply for just one, some or all lots, however, you must be able to supply HVO/White Diesel to all sites listed against each lot.
