Total Quantity or Scope
It is Ardenglen Housing Associations' intention to enter into a contract with a main contractor from 1st November 2022 to 31st March 2026 to deliver their routine open space maintenance and associated reactive repair work to hard and soft landscaped areas owned by the Association. The works also include bin store cleaning and bulk uplift / disposal of rubbish etc discarded on site.
Renewal Options
Possible 1 + 1 year extension based on Contractor performance.
