1 | Accommodation - Cabins and associated equipment This PIN is to notify the market that around the 8th August 2022 the Metropolitan Police Service(MPS) will be commencing a tender process for the provision of Portable Accommodation (cabins) and Transportation services. The Metropolitan Police Service (the Authority) is the largest police force in the UK. In the current challenging economic climate the organisation has achieved significant progress and change; delivering cost reductions and improved value for money, whilst continuing to provide an exemplary service to Londoners' and visitors to London.The key objectives of the Authority are to cut crime and increase public confidence whilst reducing costs and therefore they continue to look for more innovative ways to help meet the targets. The Metropolitan Police Service Estate covers the 32 boroughs within the Greater London area and a number of locations on the outskirts within the MPS Greater London District.
