Description

The Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities and Homes England wishes to notify interested organisations of its intention to procure services to deliver and audit Building Safety assessment documentation and processes relating to Fire Risk Appraisals of External Wall (FRAEW) assessments. This includes both the undertaking of FRAEWs and the auditing of FRAEWs. This is a new requirement for the Department and there is no current long-term provision in place. The interventions the Department is seeking to assure are new, and this is not to replace an existing service.
