To support our ambitious climate emergency targets, we are seeking consultancy support to design and launch a web-based net zero Investment Prospectus for West Yorkshire. The Service Provider shall design and deliver a web-based net zero Investment Prospectus that can be easily updated by CA staff. The Service Provider shall ensure that Combined Authority officers are trained sufficiently and have the knowledge required to update the site regularly. The Investment Prospectus must meet the following minimum requirements: Adhere to WCAG 2.1AA
