NHS North West London Integrated Care Board is inviting expressions of interest from suitably experienced and capable providers for the Provision of an Out-Of-Hours (OOH) service for practices within all boroughs in North West London. The New service must provide • Phone-based primary care assessment and support • Home visits from a primary care physician when needed • Primary Care Centres currently based in Hillingdon and Harrow, though the locations may be subject to review • Have integrated systems with providers of 111 services

Participation in the engagement exercise is not a mandatory requirement for participating in any potential future procurement; however, responses received will help inform the NHS NWL ICB as to the level of interest from the market and may be used to evidence a decision as to whether or not to undertake a competitive procurement. Following this PIN and procurement it is NHS NWL ICB's intention to establish a contract agreement for up to three years, with the option to extend for further two years, with Service Commencement from 1st April 2023.
