Description
Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BCHC) requires a software solution to record, report and analyse on Patient Experience feedback and information. The Patient Experience Platform is required to:- • Provide an effective approach and methodology to gaining real-time feedback across all trust services including inpatients, outpatients and community services that that incorporates FFT and a patient and service user experience data collection. • Provide as optional SMS FFT service, that would be specific to the needs of each Division and funded by them in addition to this contract. • Support the integration of feedback collected from other sources and companies e.g. Surveys undertake on attend anywhere Platform. • Enable the generation of timely, robust and reliable reports about patient experience and service user experience at the service delivery level. • Generate information that provides assurance to the Board of Directors about patient and service user experience provided.
