Description

The London Borough of Merton (“the Council”) is inviting tenders to for the purpose of the continual development of LBMs workforce in order to become more aware of EDI workplace issues, solutions, and approaches toward creating a more inclusive workplace culture. Alongside training, LBM is seeking to engage with vendors that provide a wide range of EDI programmes and development opportunities.

Total Quantity or Scope

The Authority would like procure vendors for the development and delivery of three EDI Lots 1. Leadership Development 2. EDI Awareness, HR Policy and Strategy 3. Career Progression and Employee Development A combination of virtual and face-to-face learning delivery will be required for all of LBM Directorates and departments. For these reasons, more than one training provider’s services will need to be procured to deliver the suite of EDI Essential Skills training.
