Description

The Transforming Access to Climate Finance programme aims to ensure climate vulnerable developing countries have access to climate finance at improved speed and scale, enabling them to deliver ambitious and timely national climate plans. The programme outputs include the establishment of a Centre for Climate Finance Access to identify and advance opportunities for system-wide reform of climate finance access arrangements, providing thought-leadership, knowledge sharing and lesson learning. This EME is to introduce the aims of the Centre for Climate Finance Access to the market; stimulate interest; solicit feedback and on its scope, design and delivery model; and share information on the wider programme's timeframe for delivery. A PQQ linked to this project will be created to share documents and maintain pre-procurement dialogue.
