Description
The London Borough of Hillingdon (Hillingdon) is running a tender competition for an agreement (the Contract) to replace the existing Car Park Lighting system at Blyth Road carpark, West Drayton, UB7 8PL (the Works) The lighting system manufacturer should be Commulite Ltd or equally approved (the Project). This Contract has been advertised via a notice placed on Contracts Finder published on 26th August 2022 (the Contract Notice). The new Communal Lighting System works will broadly comprise of the installation of 60 LED (Light Emitting Diode) luminaries supplied from 1 Control Panels with 1 local test positions. The following drawings in Appendix 1 shown the proposed locations of the control panels and luminaires and are to be read in conjunction with the specification: Blyth x 1 Drawings

Other Information
It includes but not limited to the design, supply, installation, commissioning and hand-over of a complete Communal Lighting System with integrated emergency lighting. The Installer is expected to provide his rates for the entire Schedule of Works (SOW) listed even if the work is to be performed by a sub-Installer or specialist Contractor. It is the Tenderer's responsibility to obtain the required rates from specialist sub-Contractors to complete the pricing schedule. This is an open site, no site visit arrangements need to be made.
